Our on site evaluation process allows us to evaluate the land, address questions such as how your home will best be located on the lot, what type of site work or tree removal will need to be done, what utilities are available, and any other items that will need to be done in order to build your home.
Don’t have land?
That’s no problem; most of our customers don’t have a lot when first coming to us. With our extensive experience and relationships with the real estate community, we can assist you in finding the location that is right for you.
Have questions about financing?
We have relationships with several banks and mortgage companies to help make sure you have plenty of options. If you currently own your land, you can use the equity towards the lenders down payment requirements. Many people are not aware that you do not have to pay off the lot first, you can combine the lot and home into one mortgage.
